All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (not including Federal holidays).

A confirmation email will be provided when your order has been shipped, so please ensure the email provided is correct.

We offer shipments by USPS and UPS depending on order size that are trackable for your peace of mind.

Once packages are shipped, transit time is determined by the carrier, typically 2 to 5 business days.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT. You would need to contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking details. If the carrier has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with direct with them.



Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, refunds & exchanges will not be allowed.
